Were you frightned or excited, curious, by reading the above passage? Whatever the case I just suggested to you or (inner mind) that you would be open to spirit influcence.. Of course, I am not that good!! But the theory is that Auto Suggestion comes into play without us really knowing it and can play tricks with our mind.

If I was to tell you,'Do Not Think of a Black cat!' The first thing you would think of is a black cat, this is Auto Suggestion. writers use it all the time to set the scean in our heads, its a classic tool to use, We must be fully aware of it working method before we can gain credited evidence into the paranormal, because Auto suggestion will play tricks with you and make you feel strange feeling around you when really there is nothing there, only you and maybe natural causes.

Picture this! You are going on a investigation to a claimed paranormal active house, you have read up about it heared the stories from the present owners etc, (Auto Suggestion is now in play) You are going to walk into a location and you are waiting for strange things to happen, so the crack of a floor board due to natural causes now becomes 'Paranormal' the wind gentle blows through the window causing a whistle sound, Now becomes 'Paranormal' You senses are hightened your on guard! Waiting and so on ..

Whereby if you went into the same location without knowing any background, just visiting a normal place your perspective would certainly change, because you have not been Suggested that the location is Paranormal active. We must take aboard Auto Suggestion and reconize it is a very powerful tool and that we are constanly being suggested to every single day of our life, even if we are not aware of it.
